    FalconMail is business email built, hosted and operated in Doha by Louis Innovations. It is a self-hosted system written from scratch in Rust, designed so that the server operator, including Louis Innovations, cannot read the mail.

    Every mailbox uses zero-access encryption. Your decryption key is derived on your own device and the server stores only encrypted content. Mail in transit is protected against both classical and future quantum decryption attempts.

    FalconMail runs on your own domain, with a webmail client, standard IMAP for Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail, and a free Windows desktop app on the Microsoft Store. It is in active deployment, with new organisations onboarded directly by the Louis Innovations team.

    • Zero-access encryption

      Each account's key is unwrapped only in your browser or client. There is no server-held master key, and search runs on the client.

    • Post-quantum protection

      Transport uses hybrid X25519 plus ML-KEM768, the NIST-standardised scheme (FIPS 203), with Ed25519 for signatures.

    • Your own domain

      FalconMail runs on your existing domain. Moving in or out is a standard MX record change.

    • Webmail and IMAP

      A modern webmail client, plus IMAP for existing mail apps, which the interface labels as a reduced-security mode.

      Incoming attachments go through header and authentication checks, antivirus and YARA scanning, and sandboxed inspection before storage.

      FalconMail for GCC on the Microsoft Store puts mail, folders, search and file sharing up to 2 GB with expiring links in one window.

    FalconMail treats data sovereignty as three layers: where mail is stored, who can be compelled to disclose it, and who can technically read it. It is hosted and operated in Qatar by a Qatari company, not a local branch of a foreign provider, and zero-access encryption keeps message content unreadable even with full server access. Louis Innovations links this to Qatar's PDPPL (Law No. 13 of 2016), while stating that encryption alone does not make an organisation compliant.

    Is FalconMail hosted in Qatar?

    Yes. FalconMail is built, hosted and operated in Doha by Louis Innovations (Abtikarat Louis Trading and Services W.L.L), a Qatari company, not a local branch of a foreign provider. Mail is not reachable through a foreign parent company's legal obligations.

    Can Louis Innovations staff read our email?

    No. FalconMail uses zero-access encryption. Your decryption key is derived on your own device and the server never holds it, so message content is not readable by the operator. The published threat model notes that live server memory on ordinary hardware remains a gap.

    How much does FalconMail cost?

    Each mailbox is QAR 79 per month and includes 5GB. Additional shared file storage is QAR 59 per 10GB, pooled across every user on your account. The Windows desktop app is free on the Microsoft Store.

    Can we keep using Outlook or Thunderbird?

    Yes, over standard IMAP, alongside the FalconMail webmail client. The interface labels IMAP as a reduced-security mode, because IMAP requires server-side plaintext for search and flags. The full zero-access guarantee applies to the webmail and JMAP clients.
