ForeThought Terms and Conditions

Personal: QAR 99/year, 1 device. Business: QAR 399/year, up to 10 seats. Business above 10 seats: QAR 699/year, per your quote.

Prices are in Qatari Riyal, inclusive of applicable tax unless noted otherwise at checkout. There is no monthly option. Your licence is renewed annually. We notify you at least thirty days before the end of your term; if you do not renew, there is a further thirty-day grace period. Your documents are unaffected by expiry, ForeThought never holds your files hostage to a licence check, since licence verification is entirely offline.

We accept payment via SkipCash and, where you purchase through the Microsoft Store, via Microsoft's own payment processing for that channel. We do not store your card details.

Because ForeThought is a digital licence with no physical delivery, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase, where the licence has not been activated on any device, are honoured in full. Once activated, refunds are considered case-by-case via the contact below.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may refer it to Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry consumer protection channels, or pursue resolution through the competent courts of Qatar.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes to what the product does are additionally disclosed and re-accepted through the in-app terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute not resolved above is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
