Every app, including its AI assistant, runs locally on your device. There is no cloud upload, no subscription to a foreign platform and no internet connection required.
ForeThought runs on Windows and macOS and supports Arabic and English throughout. Licences are billed once a year in Qatari Riyal, starting at QAR 99 per year for one device.

For Qatar and the GCC
ForeThought is built for Qatar and the GCC. Documents and the AI assistant are processed on your own machine, so there is nothing to configure for data residency: nothing leaves Qatar, or your desk. Every app supports Arabic with right to left layout, and licences are priced in Qatari Riyal. Louis Innovations notes that local processing removes third party processors under Qatar's PDPPL (Law No. 13 of 2016), but is not compliance on its own.
Frequently asked questions
Does ForeThought need an internet connection?
No. ForeThought and its AI assistant run entirely on your own device. You can write, edit and use every app with no connection at all, and document content is not sent anywhere for processing.
What does ForeThought cost?
Personal is QAR 99 per year for one device. Business is QAR 399 per year for up to 10 seats. Teams above 10 seats receive a custom quote. Billing is annual, with a reminder thirty days before your term ends.
Which operating systems are supported?
ForeThought is available for Windows and macOS. Payment is accepted through SkipCash, and through the Microsoft Store where the licence is purchased through that channel. Billing is annual and there is no monthly plan.
Can I work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every app, including the AI assistant, supports both languages, with full right to left layout for Arabic. A document can mix Arabic and English, and the interface itself is available in both.
Is my data backed up anywhere?
No, by design. Files live on your disk under your own backup regime. Nothing is copied to a service Louis Innovations operates, so it cannot restore a file you lose.
