NavigatorAI Licence Terms

These terms govern your use of the NavigatorAI application, including its updates, documentation and bundled components (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application you accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organisation for which you use it. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the Application.

Abtikarat Louis Trading and Services WLL grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application on any number of devices you own or control, for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these terms and the terms of the application store from which you obtained it.

You may not:

(a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Application or any part of it, other than by directing others to obtain it from an authorised application store;

(b) modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Application, except to the extent that applicable law or the licence of a bundled third-party component expressly permits it;

(c) remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or licence notice in the Application;

(d) use the NavigatorAI name or logo for any other product or service; or

(e) use the Application in breach of any applicable law, including laws on privacy, unsolicited communications and intellectual property.

The Application includes open-source components that remain under their own licences. Those licences are listed in the NOTICE file and their full texts are provided in the licences folder installed with the Application. Where a third-party licence grants you rights in a component that are broader than these terms, that licence governs your use of that component. Artificial intelligence models are downloaded separately at your choice and are governed by their own licences, listed in the Application. The complete corresponding source code of components licensed under the GNU General Public License is available on request at info@louis-innovations.com, as stated in the NOTICE file.

The Application runs its models on your device. Your chats, files and stored secrets remain on your device, except where you instruct the Application to contact a service, as described in the NavigatorAI Privacy Policy at https://www.louis-innovations.com/navigatorai/privacy. You are responsible for the content you create with the Application, for each action you approve, including each email sent from a mailbox you connect, and for compliance with the terms of any third-party service you connect.

Answers, documents, images, audio and video produced by artificial intelligence models may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review output before you rely on it, publish it or act on it.

We may provide updates through the application store. We are not obliged to provide updates or support, and we may change or discontinue the Application at any time. Support requests may be sent to info@louis-innovations.com.

The Application is licensed, not sold. Abtikarat Louis Trading and Services WLL and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Application, other than the rights expressly granted in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abtikarat Louis Trading and Services WLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from or in connection with the Application. Because the Application is provided free of charge, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Application shall not exceed one hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the Application and uninstall it. Sections 4 and 8 to 13 survive termination.

We may update these terms. The current version is published at https://www.louis-innovations.com/navigatorai/terms with its effective date. Continued use of the Application after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
