NavigatorAI Privacy Policy

NavigatorAI runs on your computer. We do not run servers for it, we do not collect your data, and the application contains no analytics, advertising or usage tracking.

Your chats, uploaded files, memory, document index, recordings of demonstrations, generated images, video and audio, settings and logs are stored in your Windows user profile. AI models run locally on your hardware. Nothing you type, say or upload is sent to a cloud AI service.

Passwords, API keys and account tokens you add are encrypted with Windows data protection for your user account. They are used only for the action you approved and are removed from logs.

You can delete any chat, memory entry, file or secret in the application. Settings shows where your data folder is, and you can delete that folder to remove everything the application stored.

The application connects to the internet only for these purposes, and only to the hosts listed in its signed policy file:

Model downloads. When you choose a model, it is downloaded from Hugging Face (huggingface.co and its download servers). Hugging Face receives a normal web request, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy. One small video decoder (TAEHV) is published by its author only on GitHub and is downloaded from raw.githubusercontent.com, under GitHub's privacy policy.

Email you approve. If you connect a mailbox in Settings, Email, the application signs in to the mail server you entered and sends only the messages you approve, one at a time. Your email provider receives each message under its own privacy policy. The mailbox password is encrypted for your Windows account and never leaves your computer except to sign in to that server.

Social media accounts you connect. If you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or YouTube, the application talks to that platform's official interface to sign in, read your comments and insights, and publish posts you approve. The platform receives what you send it under its own privacy policy.

Updates. The Microsoft Store version is updated by the Microsoft Store.

Nothing else leaves your computer. NavigatorAI does not accept connections from other computers.

NavigatorAI is not directed at children under 13.
